Official Apple reseller in South Africa, iStore has announced the official pricing for the new generation iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max.
The pricing starts at R15,999 for the 64GB iPhone 12 Mini and goes all the way up to R32,999 for the 512GB iPhone 12 Pro Max. iStore says that they have various purchase options, from cash payments to trade-ins and contract purchase through MTN, Vodacom or Telkom.
“This year, we have really focused on our online offering, so that customers are able to trade in, purchase for cash or upgrade their contract, all from the comfort of their home or wherever they are,” said iStore CEO, Chris Dodd.
The new iPhones will start retailing in South Africa as from December 18th, right on time for the holiday season. “Customers will be able to visit their closest iStore or have their phone delivered directly to them, no matter where they are over the holiday season,” iStore said.
“They are also able to complete their contract upgrade at iStore, no matter where they initially signed up and have the benefit of selecting from major networks all in one place,” iStore added.

Trade-In and iCare
One of the upcoming popular ways of upgrading to new phones is trade-ins and iStore has announced that they will accept any iPhone from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 11 Pro Max for a maximum trade-in value of R12,000 depending on the quality of the device.
On top of this, iStore says that it will offer free iCare Plus to all customers who purchase or upgrade their iPhone through them. iCare Plus includes a screen replacement and a one-year Extended Warranty (2 years in total) valued at R1,999.
